Noble Gas Systems Inc. (“Noble Gas”), a developer and manufacturer of innovative, conformable high-pressure gas storage vessels, announced it has appointed Hans-Werner Kaas as its chairman. In this role, Kaas will focus on strategic guidance, further developing the business, governance as well as assist in setting short/mid-term and long-term goals and guiding the company’s overall direction. He will work closely with the management team and his fellow board members.

Hans-Werner Kaas has extensive experience in the automotive, technology, and manufacturing industries. For nearly 33 years he worked for McKinsey & Company and is currently a senior partner emeritus with the firm. Over the course of his tenure at the consulting firm, he co-founded the Automotive & Assembly practice in the Americas and the Advanced Industries practice. Kaas advised many of the world’s leading automotive, industrial, technology, and machinery companies on growth strategies, operational transformation, performance improvement, and organization effectiveness.
